Patsie’s Pizzeria menu is moderate-low priced offering a collection of Vegetarian


foods, Salads, Sandwiches, Pizza, Milkshakes with a common theme - "Healthy - Low-
Fat, Low Cholesterol, with all-natural ingredients", flavourful, and familiar to our target
customers. And last but not least, the shop will also offer Frozen Pizza (to be sold at mini
markets and supermarkets.) Our goal is to create the image of light satisfying and still
nutritious food.
There has been an increased awareness of nutrition, health a growing market of people
who are now conscious of the food they eat that resorts to cooking these foods on their
own.

Services

Food production and assembly will take place in the kitchen mostly in front of the diner.
Fresh vegetables, fruits, soy products, and dairy products will be used to create most of
the dishes from scratch because our products are made to order so we can assure the
freshness of our products.
Patsie’s Pizzeria will be offering a menu of food and beverages with a distinctive image. 
There will be four (3) ways to purchase these products:
 Self-Serve Service- a diner step up to the order counter for a quick self-service
meal and sit down at the Single Sit Bar Area or our (24 Seats) dining room.
 Take-Out counter- there will be a separate service for those who wish to pick up
their food.  Most take-out food will be prepared to order
coming from:
 telephone,
 our website and other social media accounts
 Delivery- this will be available at certain times and to a limited area (not available
at the moment)
 Drive-Thru System will be available in some places

Size of Business

Patsie’s Pizzeria is 100 sqm. and the lot area is 150 sqm. The size of the business
is a micro-enterprise, the number of employees is seven(7) people.
Our team is consist of one (1) chef that is always in a clean uniform and will
exercise strict standards of sanitation, quality production, and presentation or
packaging over the two (2) kitchen staffs and two (4) service personnel who will
be positioned at the counter so as serving the customer’s needs. And lastly,
owners are the managers of the business.

Background of the Entrepreneurs

The Patsie’s Pizzeria is owned by two driven and enthusiastic individuals namely
John Patrick madugay, residing at block 12 lot 23 Carissa Homes, Bagtas, Tanza,
Cavite, he’s 23 years old, eldest of his family and Maria Andrea Sofia Patrici, 21
years old, currently living at Court Plaza, Tejeros Convention, Rosario, Cavite
born in Cavite City, Raised in Las Pinas. Both took Business Management at
Cavite State University CCAT Campus. The inspiration came from the love of
pizza by the two young entrepreneurs, hence, they materialized their ideas by
looking at the trend and need for something new but different in terms of
experience and flavor that the customer wants, because they believe that after a
long day, there is no better feeling than a box of warm pizza on your lap.
