Manufacturing Facility – Garland, TX
 100,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art food manufacturing facility providing a
diverse portfolio of traditional, authentic Mexican bakery products and
cuisines for the Latino markets.
 Equipped with versatility to serve the in-store bakery, foodservice and
retail markets.
 Garland, TX plant began production in late May, 2016.

 Our large processing space and variety of advanced food processing
equipment coupled with our experienced and knowledgeable team
allows us to offer a wide range of products, flavors and food solutions
for our customers.

goods, fully cooked proteins, sauces and other traditional, authentic
Mexican foods.

 Our bakery is equipped with advanced specialized equipment to provide
customized solutions and ensure consistency of the finished product in
compliance with all internal, customer and regulatory requirements.
 French Bread Line – Bolillo, Telera, Baguette
 Sweet Bread/Biscuits – Conchas
 Laminated Dough – Puffy Pastry, Danish, Croissant
 Cookie Line – Sugar cookies, Wedding Cookies, Hojarascas
 RTE Line (Thaw & Serve) – Cakes, Muffins, Pound cakes and others

 BakeMex has implemented an integrated business management and
process manufacturing software platform, utilizing SAP Business One
and BatchMaster.
 This allows us to bring products the market faster and more cost
effectively, while ensuring product quality, compliance and high fill-rate
for our customers!
