Manufacturing Facility – Garland, TX
100,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art food manufacturing facility providing a
diverse portfolio of traditional, authentic Mexican bakery products and
cuisines for the Latino markets.
Equipped with versatility to serve the in-store bakery, foodservice and
retail markets.
Garland, TX plant began production in late May, 2016.

Our large processing space and variety of advanced food processing
equipment coupled with our experienced and knowledgeable team
allows us to offer a wide range of products, flavors and food solutions
for our customers.

goods, fully cooked proteins, sauces and other traditional, authentic
Mexican foods.

Our bakery is equipped with advanced specialized equipment to provide
customized solutions and ensure consistency of the finished product in
compliance with all internal, customer and regulatory requirements.

Sweet Bread/Biscuits – Conchas
Laminated Dough – Puffy Pastry, Danish, Croissant
Cookie Line – Sugar cookies, Wedding Cookies, Hojarascas
RTE Line (Thaw & Serve) – Cakes, Muffins, Pound cakes and others
Manufacturing Capabilities: Our People & Tools
BakeMex has implemented an integrated business management and
process manufacturing software platform, utilizing SAP Business One
and BatchMaster.
This allows us to bring products the market faster and more cost
effectively, while ensuring product quality, compliance and high fill-rate
for our customers!
