I would love to start with my earnest gratitude and Thanks to the Ministry of Health especially the
Intermediate Hospital Katutura and Management for all the time and patience that they have shown
and invested in me over the past 7 years after recruiting me as a newly trained enrolled nurse and
midwife in 2012.

However with a bit of regret but hope for my future plans i am hereby officially giving my 30days
notice of resignation starting today. It has been a great learning curve and experience for me and i
will be forever grateful for the professional skills gained but as they say there is always room for
improvement and i want to grant myself the chance to be better and possibly even further my
career.
