Sub: Appeal for consideration of Final Bill Amount.

This is to draw your kind attention that my mother Smt. Anjali Sen, 92 years old was admitted in
your hospital in ITU 8127 with severe Respiratory Distress, Recklessness and Electrolyte Imbalance on
01-03-2022 under Dr.Suvayan Bera and afterwards she got shifted to bed no 1129 . After 3 to 4
days’ total care treatment from Doctors’ end and you as well, my mother is going to be discharged
today. But after getting the total bill amount, I found that it is a huge burden for me, being the only
earning member of my family. I would also like to intimate you that just one month back my mother had
to undertake surgical intervention of right Femur fracture on 4 th February, 2022 at your Hospital under
Dr. Swarnendu Samanta and as a result of which I had to incur the total hospital expenses during that
period.

Therefore, at this crucial circumstances I have no other way but to pray to your good self for
discounting the bill amount as much as possible.

Hope your magnanimity and kind consideration will help me to release my old mother of 92
years of age from your hospital and to continue the domiciliary treatment as your advice.
