Day 5 :01/04/2020 : Done (legs + plank workout) I got pain in my sides, my back is straight and it feels
good, makes me wanna do the wotkout over and over again.
Day 6 : 02/04/2020 : Done (legs + plank workout + 30 min bodyattack course)
Day 10 : 06/04/20202 : REST at this level my legs are thinner and well shaped.
Day 11 : 07/04/2020 : Done (30 min : HIIT full body workout)
