If other parts are not available,

Consignment prepare Purchase requisition
On-site Whse.
On-Stock, prepare Issue Slip and
deliver to Enduser

If available, effect the On-site

Parts withdrawal ( Site to issue
P.O. for withdrawn parts on a
period of time.
Make a memo letter from end
user addressed to consignment
whse indicating all parts not
available during the time of
withdrawal.

Supplier to replenish non-stock

consigned parts
Note:
1. No more PR preparation for all consignment parts.
2. All parts not available during the time of withdrawal should be addressed to Consignment warehouse.
3. No more follow up in NAC Purchasing head office for stock transfer.
4. Provide NAC purchasing a COPY of the memo letter that was sent to consignment warehouse by the end user.
