Theory component will be evaluated as follow:

For Assessment – 1 and 2, a word document needs to be uploaded. Individual contributions will
be evaluated and the document needs to be prepared based on the individuals’ role in the
project.

For Assessment-3 and 4, it is expected to submit the coding individually and collectively.

For Assessment-5, complete paper has to be communicated in the REPUTED JOURNAL with the
FACULTY member as one of the authors, JOURNAL has to be approved by the faculty members.
For patent, it is expected to be filled along with the application. Faculty name is mandatory. For
product based outcome, the complete product that can be show cased must be ready with. Also,
the final report has to be submitted.

All the details of your project including demo must be incorporated in a video that must be shot
by individual teams and submit the same with the faculty members. All the soft copy
(Documents, Code, Data sets, Video) must also be submitted with the concerned faculty
members so as to complete the evaluation.
J-Component Assessment details

Review-1 will be conducted after THEORY CAT-I for 20 marks.

Review-2 will be after CAT-2 for 30 marks.

Final review will be in the form of EXHIBITION. Demonstration will be evaluated by PANEL and
the outcome of the project (PAPER/PATENT filling or complete PRODUCT) will be given 50% of
the final review marks. Remaining 50% will be considered from the PANEL evaluation.
