community to support
my instructional

my students are going to

working closely with
non-profits in our

our local politicians, etc. I
did not rate myself as
“innovating” yet because
I do not feel I fulfill the
description for
“innovating.” However,
this is something I am
working on integrating in
my curriculum for next
academic year, so I
definitely will be working
towards this. 05/09/19

This is an area that I still

need to work on to get to
innovating. I think it’s
important to use the
community resources
available to me. For next
semester, I’m going to
find ways to get the
community involved in
my classroom. I believe
that my students would
greatly benefit from this.
11/25/19

This is something I would

like to continue working
on for next academic
year. My focus this year
was getting parents
involved in our school
events. My focus for next
year will be getting the
community more
involved. 04/06/20

I am extremely committed to student learning at all
moments. I work really hard to ensure that I am at my
best at all times for my students. I believe that they
deserve 110% of me when I am in the classroom. I
also am always communicating with my colleagues in
regards to students and any issues they may be facing
outside of school. My students confide in me a lot, so I
like to let my colleagues know when a student is
facing issues outside of school. I always make sure
that I am respectful of my peers as well as my
students. 09/23/18

Nothing has changed since the last time I rated myself

in this area. I continue to maintain a high degree of
professionalism at work. I go above and beyond to
ensure that my students feel safe, happy in my
classroom. I also work really hard to ensure that I am
meeting all of the needs of all of my students. I take on
extra activities as the Leadership teacher to ensure
that the overall culture at my school is a positive one.
