Dwyane Ikena Elopre was not able to take the third Grading Examination because he did not
enter the class at the time of the examination. The student has no valid reason or excuse for such action.

Thus, such action is considered oppose to the values of the school. The erring student is
requested to explain his side for such behavior committed. It is also requested to have the presence of
his parents at the conference.
