    The following were the agenda during the meeting:

    A. Performance Level
    B. Intervention
    C. Status of modules
    D. Others

    The meeting was started with a prayer lead by Mrs. Ester P. Coloquit followed by checking of
    attendance.

    Mr. Felomino P. Enon, Department head spearheaded the meeting.

    A. Performance Level of the Learners


    Each teacher presented the performance rating per grade level and analyze the data of which
    grade level has the highest performance rating and with the lowest rating. Grade 9 has the
    highest performance level while Grade 8 has the lowest performance level. Mr. Aljohn Tansico,
    Grade 8 teacher explained that some of the learners did not get or unclaimed their modules for
    the past weeks after the typhoon.

    B. Intervention
    Every subject teacher was consulted as to the problems they encountered during the 1 st quarter
    and ask for suggestions as intervention to improve the performance rating of the learners.
    The following were the results of the problems/issues/concerns and suggested interventions:

    learners/students suited to the ability of the learners/students.


    C. Status of Modules.
    Mr. Felomino Enon ask the teachers regarding the status of modules. Printed modules from 1 st
    quarter can still be used for the 2 nd quarter while waiting for the modules provided by the
    Schools Division Office. The reproduction of modules is really needed because of insufficient
    number of modules and have a monitoring of modules for every grade level.
    D. Others
    Mr. Francis A. Baguio suggested that the department should have a monthly meeting for a
    continues monitoring of the suggested intervention and to address the problems encountered
    during the 1st quarter.

    The meeting ended at exactly 11:30 AM.
