Wyeth Philippines Inc. – Wyeth Infant Nutrition (March 2015 – Present)

Regional Key Account Manager:


- Currently handling LCC Chain of Supermarket in Bicol region with 64 branches, LCC
drives the business for Wyeth in Bicol region for its leadership in the area plus the
strategic location of its branches that benefits us during the pandemic.
- Also currently handling Modern Trade accounts in Quezon Province and Bicol.
- Handled Citimart chain of Supermarket in Batangas for 6 months.

Distributor Development Manager:


- Currently handling Wyeth Infant Nutrition distributor in North Central Luzon
averaging 37,000,000 million every month with 14 Vans operation Distributor sales
person and 8 booking sales man.
- Previously handled Wyeth Infant Nutrition distributor in Northern Mindanao that
covers the area of Misamis Oriental, Lanao Del Norte, Lanao Del Sur and Bukidnon
with an average of 32,000,000 business contributions.
- Handled 8 Distributor Sales Personnel with the help of 1 Distributor Sales
Supervisor and 1 Distributor Operations Manager to align with Wyeth’s thrust.
- Responsible in managing the given budget by the company to help the distributor
in improving the sales performance.
- Conducts business review to distributor and monthly operations review.
- Conducts In-Field training with distributor salesperson in handling customer
objections, basic call procedure and persuasive selling skills.

Achievements:

2020 – Present
-Despite the challenges during the pandemic I was able to grow the business of
Citimart for H1 2020 at 12% vs PY. Given that I only handle the said account for 6
months then move to another responsibility handling LCC.
-Handling LCC in Bicol I was able to manage the decline for H2 that give the total year
for LCC 4% growth.
-Total accounts handle with 1% growth despite the numerous challenges in the area.

2017 – 2019
-Increase Magic Chain of Supermarket business from 5,000,000 to 7,000,000 monthly
average in 2018 with minimal support given and by maximizing product distribution.
-Increase horizontal distribution from 3,765 to 6,484 accounts served by the end of
July 2019, by doing an effective Salesman incentive.
-Continues training to distributor salespeople to become a better version of
themselves, turning the mindset into a positive one.

2015 - 2017
-Increase the distributor business from 22,000,000 to 27,000,000 average sell-out
monthly.
-Increase business of two major chain accounts Rose Pharmacy and Gaisano by doing
an effective way of negotiation.
-Improved distributor warehouse racking system to become more efficient in Good
Warehousing Practices and improve delivery lead time.

- Handled San Miguel Purefoods distributor in Camarines from Mar 2011 to Sept 2013.
- handled San Miguel Purefoods distributor in Eastern Batangas Oct 2013 to Feb 2015

-Increase volume and revenue of distributor by hitting target month by month.
-Increase revenue of local supermarket (LCC) in Camarines from 200,000 to 300,000
thousand peso business every month.

- Tap new outlets and recover lost accounts from 35 to 51 that help me hit the target.

- Sold home residences and condominium units by using different kinds of
advertisements;
- Saturated areas or establishments with potential buyers;
- Infiltrated private companies by providing awareness about the developer and the
different projects by facilitating presentations and/or orientations to encourage
employees or group of employees to consider buying home residences or units to

Achievements:
- Sold one (1) condominium unit worth Four Million Pesos (PhP 4M), with two (2) car
parking spaces worth Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 700,000) and two (2)
lots worth 2 Million Pesos (PhP 2M).

TOYOTA, Pasig (October, 2009 – February, 2010)


Marketing Professional:
- Created own network to sell cars by using creative skills and different kinds of
advertisements, saturating different areas like home subdivisions and companies,
attending mall displays, and participating in different gatherings to seek for
potential buyers.

Achievements:
