Dear Sir,

Please find our Quotation for Supply and Fixing of Ultralite 10mm Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheet both
sides U.V. Protected with the following specifications.

Supply, Fitting and Fixing of 10mm Twin Wall Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheet of Ultralite Makrolon Brand
(Formerly Bayer Material Science) of Approved Make having a weight of 1.7 Kg. per Square Meter or equivalent
confirming IS:14443-1997 and having 50 Micron UV Protection layer under co-extrusion technology on both
sides of sheet, Sound Insulation Index 21 db as per test DIN52210-75, Heat Transfer Coeff. U (or K) Value 2.4
W/m2K as per ISO 10077, Fire rating being B-s1 as per EN13501-1 certification, fitted and fixed with 60 MM wide
aluminum Alcox system top and bottom member in dry-glaze sandwich system (unit weight of top and bottom
members :0.375kg/m & 0.70 kg/m) of approved brand and profile, EPDM quality rubber gaskets, anti-dust tape,
end closer C channel and 75 mm long Self tapping screw being drilled through the center leg of the
bottom section with nuts placed at 300 mm apart without anyway puncturing the polycarbonate sheet,
EPDM washer 16 MM dia & 3 MM Thick washers etc complete strictly as per manufacturer specification
and direction of Engineer - in-charge

(1) Clear / Blue / Green / Bronze / Opal / Metallic Grey Colour

The Sheets will be fixed on proper Mild Steel Structure. The Mild Steel Structure must be coated with
one coat of Red Oxide Primer and Two Coats of Enamel Paint of approved Colour. The Main rafters
should be at Regular interval of 1.2 Meter and the Purlins will be at regular distance of 1.2 Meter. The
structure must be made of ISI Mild Steel of minimum 50mm x 50mm having minimum weight of 3.66 Kg.
per running meter.

Alcox Top with EPDM Rubber Alcox Bottom with EPDM Rubber

Rate For supply, fabrication and erection of structure along with fixing of
Polycarbonate Sheet Rs.3250 per square meter plus GST @ 18%.
