I write in response to your search for employment in your program. I am currently a senior at 
Carson Senior High School in the Environmental Science, Engineering, and Technology (ESET) 
academy and I am interested in studying Cognitive Sciences. Throughout my high school 
career, I also plan on studying Criminology, Law & Society due to my passion for extensive 
research and thinking from a theoretical perspective.  

As a growing young adult, I am greatly interested in engaging with more job opportunities to 
widen my work experience and increase my potential as a person. I was born in the Philippines 
but moved here at the early age of three years old. I plan to work and proceed to my best 
ability to compensate for the troubles my parents have endured into supporting my family and 
education.  

As a competent individual, I look forward to working with you. I will be graduating in June 
2020, at Carson High with a diploma. Due to my various set of extracurriculars and 
experiences, I find myself highly adaptable to whatever situation I am placed in, made possible 
with my self-determination. I manage my time well and plan to frequently respond to any staff 
or colleagues in a firm matter and will remain to be prominent in any given projects and 
assistance by my manager or boss.
