Condenser Pump: Check the alignment of the pump and the motor. Check the shaft if the same is loose or broken. Broken shaft to be removed immediately. Check the bearing and if required do oiling or greasing. Replace bearing if it is too noisy. Check the bush if it is loose or broken. Replace broken bush. Check the coupling of the motor pump. Check the nut & bolts, tighten nut & bolts if required. Check the impeller for loose & broken, replace if required. Check strainer if it's broken, cleaning to be also done. Motor: Motor should be of minimum 60 HP. Electrical control should be proper. Check for any burnt contact, loose electrical connection and overall operation to be checked. Overload relay should be checked. Check the operation of the relay, setting and loose electrical connections. Check the timer operation and time settings. Check for any loose electrical connection. Check for any loose & burnt electrical connection. Check the MCB rating and verify with the recommended Amp. Check Terminal Plate, Any burnt and broken plate need to be replaced.
