Safety Check List (To be followed strictly).

 Ensure power supply to the equipment is ISOLATED and strictly follow the lock out/ tag out procedures.
 Use appropriate PPE.
 Make sure the Ice bin is emptied so as to avoid contamination.
 Ensure electrical tools are well insulated and temporary power cables are routed in a proper way to avoid
electrocution and trip hazard.
 Ensure no loose clothes while adjusting the drive belts, fans and rotator parts.
 Clean any oil spillage immediately.
 Ensure a stand-by person to work along with you if the equipment is located in a remote area i.e. roof,
enclosed room etc.

 Ensure all the above points are ticked and implemented.

Maintenance Plan

 Check the control panel for proper functioning and make sure all the indicators are healthy.
 Check the plate control knob for any damage.
 Check the heating element and the thermostat.
 Check the OLR.
 Check the fume exhaust vent.
 Check and tighten all the electrical connections.
 Perform general cleaning.
