GUARANTEED MEAL CONSUMPTION

Based on the guarantee number of meals ordered, if there is any reduction or increased of orders, it have
to be informed three (03) to five (05) days in advance to avoid unnecessary circumstances.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT

Please be advised of the following deposit payment schedule:
1st Payment : 50% payment, upon confirmation
2nd Payment : 50% settlement, three (03) days prior to the event

CANCELLATIONS
All confirmed orders received by and after cut-off will be treated a guaranteed and will be subjected
to cancellation charges as follows:
· 48 hours prior – 50% of total cost
· 24 hours prior – 100% of total cost
