5) In your opinion what action of Moshey has delivered most effective results and why?

The following action that Moshey had delivered for more effective results.

 Initiations: Moshey in the very early stage of work at IAI realised the misconception
between the IAI and IAF, this helped him understand the problem faced by the IAI.
When Moshey got an opportunity to visit forward base of IAF to fix a bird hit aircraft,
when there was an unusual request from the air force personnel to fix the air craft in
the forward base itself he took the initiative and convinced the crew members and
completed the repair work within next 48 hours.
 Motivating and convincing: When Moshey received an unusual request from the air
force professional that the air craft should be repaired in the air base itself, Moshey
tried to convince his team mates to do this job. Moshey interacted and discussed the
problem with his team mates, explained the importance of job completion by
motivating and to be productive and effective.
 Courage: Moshey had the courage to take an important decision to repair the air
craft at the base rather than sending into the main factory at Ashdod. Moshey took
an independent decision with courage without consulting the senior officer, here we
can notice the leadership quality which Moshey executed by taking the crucial
decision with courage and confident.
 Customer Centricity: Moshey give at most priority to IAF which was one of the only
customer of IAI. Moshey tried to resolve the crisis between the IAF and IAI by giving
better customer experience, understanding the problem faced by customers, giving
customers the top priority over the rest. This helped in developing trust between IAF
and IAI which inturn resulted to build strong customer loyalty and satisfaction.
