General Staff Information
Attire: Georgia Tech polos. Please wear your Georgia Tech Ambassador name tag.
Check-in: Please check in with Laura Pusateri at the main info desk tent.

Name Job Function Volunteer Time Job Responsibilities

Alexis Coats Registration 2:30 – 5 p.m.  Serve as amazing Georgia Tech ambassadors and greeters 
Jason Gupta  Welcome guests to the President’s Graduation Celebration
 Explain the various tables/activities available at the event
 Direct guests to various elements and restrooms, food and beverage, etc.
 The Institute is providing Ramblin’ Wreck pins to all graduates. Please congratulate
grads and provide them with a pin. Communicate that the pins are primarily for grads,
but if you need to, you can provide for other guests.
Siham Adous Wayfinding Assist with answering questions and directing guests to the event at the following locations:
Derrick Brown assistance*  Carnegie parking lot across from Area 1
Sara Dada  Ramp area near the stairs to the Festival Area outside of Student Success Center
Titilayo Funso  Top of hill near Tech Tower – close to Savant
 Near Student Success Center doors – Ramblin’ Wreck

*Duties may be subject to change based on flow in the Lawn. If needed, wayfinders will be
pulled to assist with congestion and logistics in the main tent.
Catherine Photo booth Stationed at each booth, you will assist grads with regalia and help the photo booth staff
Edwards assistance members with any issues they may have.

Marie Paloma Ramblin’ Wreck Our professional photographer, GradImages, will also be available to take photos with the
Zavala Dufour photo assistance Ramblin Wreck near the Student Success Center. Please assist them with any crowd
control/photo issues that have and answer guests’ questions. You will also assist with regalia.
