Details:
1. Appointment &Employee Agreement:
➢ On the day of joining the employee shall be formally given a letter of Appointment stating the Salary and other
conditions of service prescribed from duly signed by the Authorized person

2. Job Description:
➢ On appointment, an employee shall be given a job description. This shall specify the scope and terms of reference for
their position. Job Description shall be reviewed yearly.

3. Education Certificate –
➢ Graduation /Post Graduation
➢ Residential & Identity Proof
➢ Last 3 month salary slips
➢ Last company relieving letter
➢ 3 photographs

4. Personal Form:
On acceptance of an appointment, the new joinee is required to complete the Employee Personal Data form.
5. Salary Account:
➢ On the day of joining, HR will share the details of employee to Bank Representative, it should be open with 1 week of
joining, and HR will notify Salary account details to Accounts Department.
6. Joining Kit:
Joining kit, includes
➢ Appointment Letter,
➢ HR Policies,
➢ Company Values and Goals
➢ Stationery Items: Notepad, Pen , Folder File etc
➢ Induction Itinerary

7. Team Introduction:
➢ HR will introduce Head office member to New joinee
➢ For center team, skype or hangout call introduction is must.

8. Induction :
➢ 2 days induction plan.
➢ Day 1- with HR, Department team
➢ Day 2- Business Head, CFO / CEO

9. Manager Call:
➢ Post induction, new employee will be asked to report his/ her manager.
