CODICIL

I, Heneral Douglas, of legal age, single, residing at 123 Panaligan St., Brgy.
Camilmil, Calapan City, declare that this is the first codicil to my last will and testament,
which is dated March 23, 2020.

I revoke Paragraph 3 of my last will and testament, which reads as follows I give
and bequeath to my only child, Hala Douglas, all my other properties, real and personal,
whatsoever and wheresoever located. In place of this revoked provision, I substitute the
following: I give and bequeath to my only child, Hala Douglas, all my other properties,
real and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever located, except for the 200 square meter
parcel of land located at Sitio Bulalo, Brgy. Balite Calapan City which shall be given to
my nephew, Emilio Douglas.

I hereby confirm and republish my will dated March 23, 2020 in all respects other
than those above-mentioned.

I subscribe my name to this codicil on March 30, 2020, at Calapan City, Oriental
Mindoro in the presence of Maria Clara and Josephine Bracken, attesting witnesses, who
subscribe their names to this codicil on March 30, 2020 at my request and in my
presence.

ATTESTATION
On the date last above written, HENERAL DOUGLAS, known to us to be the
person whose signature appears at the end of this codicil, declared to us, the undersigned,
that the foregoing instrument, consisting of two pages, including the page on which we
have signed as witnesses, will dated March 23, 2020. HENERAL DOUGLAS then
signed the codicil in our presence and, at her request, in in the presence of each other, we
now sign our names as witnesses.
