PLEDGE

This AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 30TH day of March 2023, by and between Joanna
Mae M. Beltran of age, single, and residing at 123 Narra Street, Campetic, Palo, Leyte, now and
hereinafter called as the PLEDGOR, and Arthur C. Reyes, likewise of age, single and residing at 100 Real
Street, Tacloban City, Leyte, now and hereinafter called the PLEDGEE.

Witnesseth:

That the PLEDGOR is indebted unto PLEDGEE in the sum of (Five Hundred Thousand)
Php500,000, Philippine Currency, receipt of which is acknowledged by the PLEDGOR upon the signing
of this instrument, payable within a period of 3 years, with interest thereon at the rate of 12% per annum.

That for, and in consideration of this indebtedness, and to assure the performance of said
obligation to pay, the PLEDGOR hereby conveys by way of PLEDGE, unto the PLEDGEE, his heirs and
assigns, the following personality now in the possession of said PLEDGOR.

and the said parties to this instrument agree that the PLEDGEE, who acknowledges the receipt of the
aforementioned personal property of the PLEDGOR shall take good care of the said property until
redeemed by the said PLEDGOR.
