persons and 200,000 loans in the form of bank credit.
   The necessary human resources for the operation of the room is a team of 5
people very well prepared from a professional point of view, which attaches great
importance both to the continuous professional improvement and to maintaining
a permanent contact with the clients to know their requirements. The team is
composed of: the manager, the accountant, the aerobic trainer, the fitness &
bodybuilding trainer and the drummer.
   As a natural evolution in the development of the business, we want a
diversification of the activity, and respectively the increase of the number of loyal
customers totally satisfied by our services. It is also planned to achieve a turnover
of about 45,000 lei in year 3 of operation.

The founder of this company is Valeria SOLTAN, who participates with the 100%
share. The idea of opening this company came about after the fact that
Măgdăcești village does not have any fitness room, even if it is a market
requirement. We chose the organizational-legal form of Individual Enterprise,
because it can be founded by a single person and the registration method is
simplified. The business will provide the opportunity to help clients stay fit, have
high morale and enjoy hours of relaxation at our fitness room.
   The given company will operate in the field of tertiary activity, namely the
provision of sports recreation services. The company will be located in the center
of the village of Măgdăcești, Criuleni District on Stefan cel Mare and Sfînt 37/2 str.

The objectives of the company "Sportan" are established over a period of five
