Uso del gerundio “ing”


Para referirnos a deportes o hobbies que hacemos en nuestro tiempo libre usamos la expresión la estructura
“subject+ like+ verb+ing + complement Ex. I like dancing at home

She hates cooking every day

Despues de los verbos que indican gusto o disgustos debe usarse gerundio eso verbos puede ser:

Like-gustar Love-amar/encantar dislike-disgustar

Enjoy- disfrutar Hate- aborrecer

Uso de like and would like

Para hablar de acciones que nos gustaria hacer usamos would like + infinitivo
Ex. I would like to eat pizza, but I don´t have money

Usamos have to /has to en ingles para referirnos a una acción que tenemos la necesidad u obligación de hacer.
Ex. Girls in Mauritania have to get married at 20. ( Las chicas en Mauritania deben estar casadas a los 20)
Ex. A young man has to kill a lion to show he is really a man. (Un joven debe matar a un león para demostrar que es un hombre.

V. First conditional .You use first conditional sentences to talk about sure consequences for an action. In the “if”
clause we use the verb in present and the consequence clause you use the verb in future. (will)

Ex. If I help my mother at home, .............................................. She will rest.

Primera clásula: If+ Subj+ Vrb in present+ Complement ......... Segunda clausula: Subj+ will+Verb
