Training is important for organizations because organizations have some
purposes from training. If an organization makes training, the organization can get
good performance so organization will improve business result. According to the
Van Tiem, Moseley and Dessigner, they said training has four effects- factors which
are that the worker, the work, the workplace and the world.

Training is directly benefit to effect from worker because training is train to


train employees depending s on their knowledge, skills, capacity, motivation,
expectation. But good performance isn’t virtually depends on training. If an
organization isn’t good at performance, the solution answer isn’t always training.
Some training methods are included but are not limited to Onboarding Training, On
the Job Training, Competency Training, Online Base Training, and Team Training
and including but are not limited to. Onboarding training is the process of
acclimating and welcoming new employees into an organization and providing them
with the tools resources and knowledge to become successful and productive.
Onboarding training is important because it helps new employees feel engaged as
parts of the team. Onboarding at Toyota, the first day begins early and includes an
overview of the program, a welcome to the company, and a discussion of the firm’s
organizational structure and HR department by the firm’s HR vice president. A
typical second day focuses first on the mutual respect, teamwork, and open
communication at Toyota. On third day, given the importance of working in terms at
Toyota, this day begins with two and half hours to three hours devoted to
communication training, such as making request and giving feedback. By the end of
day 4, new employees should be well on their way to begin engaged in Toyota’s
ideology, in particular its mission of quality and its values of teamwork, continuous
improvement and problem-solving. On the job training means having a person learn
a job by actually doing it. The most familiar on the job training is the coaching or
understudy method. An experienced worker or the trainee’s supervisor trains the
employee. This may involve simply observing the supervisor or job expect show
new employee the ropes, step by step. Competency training is a leading provider of
holistic site training and enabler of high performance workforces. Four ways to
implement a competency base training are: measure employee learning rather than
time, harness the power of technology for teaching and learning, shift the focus
from the trainer to the trainee and align competencies with assessments. Online
training is generally self-paced and customizable to suit an individual’s specific
learning needs. Therefore, online training can be conducted at most any time and
place, provided there is a computer with high-speed internet access. To use online
training, user should have a basic knowledge of computer. If no computer, may
have trouble using online training and for their own benefits, may want to enroll in
base computer training before using any of online training. Teamwork does not
always come naturally. Companies devote many to training new employees to listen
to each other and to cooperate. For example, Coca-Cola plant suffered from high
turnover and absenteeism. Tem training focused on technical, interpersonal and
team management issues. Interpersonal problems often undermine teamwork.
Team training included interpersonal skill training such as listening, handling
conflict, and negotiating. Effective teams also require team management skills, in
problem-solving, meetings management, consensus decision making and team
leadership and the teams received such training as well.

High potential employee cannot perform ’t do their job if they do not n’t
know what to do and how to do it. Organizations must make sure that . Employees
do know what to do and how to do it is the purpose of training. Thus, training is
benefits for organization.
