CoPilot

Investor Deck - April 2020

What is Co-Pilot?

Co-Pilot is a mobile application, designed to

help travelers plan their journey through CVG
airport.

The goal of the app is to remove the stress

CoPilot
and uncertainty in the amount of time it will
take to navigate through CVG, by providing
the user with a suggested time to arrive
at the airport, as well as the tools and
information needed to design a trip that best
fits their preferences.
Why is Co-Pilot Needed?

The biggest cause of stress involved in taking a flight is the fear of missing
it. When you purchase an airline ticket you are told the departure time and
when boarding begins, but that is it. It’s up to you to decide when to get to
the airport, but with so many unknowns involved such how long it will take to
get from parking to your terminal, check-in, and security wait times, knowing
the right time to arrive can be difficult. 1/7
Travelers missed a flight as a
result of longer than expected
As a result people either end up underestimating how long it will take to security lines in 2018.1
make it through an airport and possibly miss their flight, or overestimating
and waste time they could of spent sleeping in, or grabbing a real meal,
waiting at their gate. All of this stress can be alleviated by simply giving the
consumer an accurate time that they should arrive at the airport, and that is
what Co-Pilot does.

How Co-Pilot Works?

User Real-time
Co-Pilot is able to predict how long it will Information CVG Data
take a user to navigate their way through
CVG airport by collecting information from
the user about their trip, and real-time data
supplied by CVG on the current wait times
of their check-in and security lines. Once we
know how long it will take our user to make it
through CVG, we can work backwards from
their scheduled departure time to give them
an accurate time they should arrive at the Time it will take
airport. to get through
CVG Airport.

Why You Should Invest

More People Are Flying Every Year

Travelers per year

Despite the recent events, every year for the
past fifteen years the number of air travelers has
increased as air travel becomes an increasingly
popular industry. Anyone who has ever missed
a flight or wasted hours waiting in an airport
is a potential customer for Co-Pilot and those 2004 Year 2019
people are growing every day.

COVID-19 Has Increased Airport Stress

While air travel has all but stopped for now, we
will eventually begin flying again. When we do,
the first few to venture back into airports again
will do so with understandable hesitance. As a
COVID-19
result the value of being able to fully plan your
trip through the airport will be higher than ever.
What We Need

Use of Funds Co-Pilot is raising

Funds will be allocated in three ways.
$1,000,000 at a
$700,000 $25,000,000 valuation.
This money will go into explaining Co-Pilot into
other airports. We will start with other Ohio
airports and will eventually explain across the
United States.

$200,000
This money will go towards marketing the app
to consumers through targeted Facebook ads
and other social media streams.

$100,000
This money will go towards hiring employees to
help scale the business operationally.
Our Team

Peter O’Neill
Peter set out to design Co-Pilot after he,
and many of his friends and family, had
bad experiences missing flights due to
underestimating the time it would take to make
it through an airport. He hopes the app can help
remove the stress people feel around catching a
flight, and in turn encourage people to fly more.
