Slotted Screwdriver: 3.2 X 75mm

Philips Screwdriver: 5.0 X 100mm

Hex Screwdriver:5m/m

4. Front and rear panel disassembly

1.Remove the 3 screws


circled in red with the
Philips screwdriver

2.Remove supporting stand


as indicated by the red
arrow.

3. The red circles indicate
the openings to detach the
panel.

4. Insert the slotted


screwdriver at a 90 degrees
angle into the right opening
to open the panel.
About 90degree

5. Insert the POM rod at a


45 degrees angle into the
right opening and swipe
towards the right as
indicated by the red arrow
Back facing up remove the
rear panel.

6. Detached the hinge
circled in red by pulling
backwards. Remove the
buttons by pulling up.

7. Remove front panel.

5. Disassembly of buttons

1Cables do not have hinge.


Directly pull the buttons
out.

When the below happens, consider


changingthe buttons first
1. NO Power
2. OSD Key Unavailable
3.LED Off

6. Disassembly of panel

1.Remove the 4 screws


indicated in the red circle
on either sides with the
Philips screwdriver.

2. Using the Slotted


1 2
screwdriver, press down on
the connector hinge as
indicated in picture 1,
causing the front of the
connector to lift up, then
pull the cable outwards.
Using the same method

remove the 3 remaining
cables in picture 2.

3. Lift the steel rear panel
upwards.

4. Push the hinge circled in


red on either side and pull
out the cable.
5. Panel diassembled.

When the below happens, consider changing


the panel first
1. Display White Out
2. Power On No Display.
3. Vertical Line Defect

7. Disassemble of M/B

1.Remove the 4 bolts with


the Hex screwdriver on
either side.

2.Remove the screw circled


in red with the Philips
screwdriver.

3.Remove the M/B and
turn it around.
4.There are 3 cables
connected to the M/B. The
3 cables circled in red can
be directly removed by
pulling.

When the below happens, consider changing


the M/B first
1. Power On No Display
2.Power On No Signal
3. Display Shake

1. Remove the 2 screws


circled in red with the
Philips screwdriver.

2. Remove the P/B.

When the below happens, consider changing


the P/B first.
1.NO Power
2.Power On No Display
3.Display Flicker
