GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, MICHAEL L. LOPEZ, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a resident of
Zamboanga City, Philippines, do hereby name, appoint and constitute DANA P. REYES, of
legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Zamboanga City, Philippines, to be my true
and lawful Attorney-In-Fact for me and in my name, place and stead, for my own benefit and
use to do and perform any of the following acts and things to wit:
1. To manage my merchandising business under the name and stead of “LOPEZ
Merchandising” located at Putik, Zamboanga City;
2. To enter into transactions with third persons such as purchasing supplies that are
necessary in the ordinary course of management;
3. To cause the preparation and payment of any government taxes and fees in
connection with the operation of said merchandising business;
4. To make, sign and execute all necessary documents for the attainment of the above-
mentioned purpose;
5. To do all other acts and to transact on all matters that are necessary for the
attainment and accomplishment of the above-mentioned powers;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be
done and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present, and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully
do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
