through internet because they can’t sit for long time on internet
According to the need to learn as quickly as possible and
consistently being on the move, I would recommend both
mobile learning and podcasts. Both are low on cost and can
learn while on the go. With mobile learning, you can use your
smart phone or tablet at anywhere and anytime. You could also
listen to podcast while you are driving or traveling. Both
methods are very accessible and specialize in learning at the
convenience of the employees. This will cut down the time for
training and allow more time for sales and revenue.
