Subject : Execution of Independent Review and Monitoring for Karnataka Cluster under “Atal
Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT)”.

Sir,

While acknowledging receipt of your letter regarding concluding and consenting to conclude working
arrangement between BLG and Startup Civil Consultants, we specifically wish to put on records that,

1. Under work status, you have mentioned that first visit report for 27 mission cities, have not
been approved by department on account of certain missing data. On the contrary the
available documents stand in testimony of the fact that reports were based on data made
available by concerned implementing agencies of client department. The data which was not
made available has been accordingly reported. Further, 6 months later the client department
insisted not to include comments like “DATA NOT AVALIABLE, etc.”, . We don’t think it is
proper. Now it is to be decided by you whether certify the availability of documents when we
are not in possession of the same or otherwise.
2. Startup Civil Consultants has already handed over all relevant data with respect to II half
yearly inspection (for 14 ULBs + BBMP parks) for further needful.

This is for your kind information and records.

We acknowledge and accept conclusion of working arrangement between BLG and Startup Civil
Consultants accordingly.
