achieved what I aimed for because the students

Future action:

I will improve this goal by having small activity


at the beginning of each lesson were the
students will get a chance to practice the
vocabulary of the lesson. For instance: I can get
the students to compete between each other by
matching the pictures with the words to check
their background knowledge. The thing that I
implement, and I believe it worked is when I give

To achieve and implement this goal I included different extension


activities that are related to the learning outcome that the students
were learning about. There are different activities. For instance, a
spinning wheel, online games and interactive activities in the
PowerPoint. When we’re doing teaching practice in the school
sometimes during the lesson the students will take longer to finish
the center activities of the lesson. So, they will not have the chance
to do and practice the lesson skill using the extension activities.
However, When I tried and implement this goal during the online
teaching practice. It worked very well because I used different online
games and the class work that the students have to complete was not
a lot.

Evaluation

This goal helped me to learn more about the student’s levels in the
classroom. Also, what types of learners they are. For instance: I learn
about the students who can understand the activity just by reading
the instruction and they can do it by themselves. Other students can

work together to find out how to do the activity. Finally, the last group
they just did the activity without reading the instruction or asking
questions. That tells me as a teacher that some students in the class
they need more guidance. Furthermore, I notice that when I give one
student a job to be a leader to hand out the activity and to manage
the students. That as a teacher if I give the students a role in the
lesson, they will feel confident and that will help their self -esteem.
As a result, I saw that they did really well in the activity.

This goal helped me as a teacher to have more time to assess the


students a during the lesson. As a teacher it’s helped me to see the
students how they implement the content of the lesson. And it gives
me a chance to correct misconceptions. Also, to see the students who
needs more support during the lesson.

It gives me a chance to ensure that every student in my class meet


the goal of the lesson based on their levels. Every student is different
from one another so, I have to give the students chance to practice

help them learn based on their learning style.

When I implement this goal during my online teaching practice I


notice that it worked because the students have more access to the

To achieve this goal, I did I research to find more

make creative activities that are fun and
informative at the same time. So, the students
will benefit from them. Then, Before I send the
students to do the activities. I was making sure
to model the activity for them. By showing each
step that they have to follow to complete the
activity.

During the implementation of this goal. I think it


helped to develop the student’s knowledge
about the lesson content and it will give them a
chance to be more independent learners during
the lesson. Also, to make the lesson content
easy for them. And to have more classroom
management during the lesson. Because if the
students learned and they know what they are

supposed to do they will not interrupt or disturb


the class.

Future action:

I will make some improvement in this goal by


using new strategies that will make the
instructions of the lesson fun and easier for the
students. For instance: Adding more pictures
into the instructions. That will help the students
to be more active to read the instructions. Also,
I can use technology such as the smartboard to
create a fun interactive way to show the
students the instructions of the activities.
