EXECUTIVE SUMMMARY
This report is considered according to the fact based on Coca-Cola Company
and it is important to analyse its swot analysis how it becomes the world
leader among the other soft drink companies. The company changed over the
years in order to survive a highly competitive marketplace? Coca-Cola is a
billion dollar global operating organization. They’ve been around for over a 100
years and they currently operate in over 200 countries. This is not a simple task,
but Coca-Cola has found ways to manage by taking the right risks and evolving
over time. The Coca Cola Company, founded in 1886 in Atlanta, Georgia, is the
premier soft drink producer globally. Besides manufacturing the
famous Coca Cola, the company is responsible for bringing a variety of
different products to the global market such as Fanta, Sprite, PowerAde, Dasani
and Nestea.

INTRODUCTION
The Coca-Cola company the world’s leading soft drink. It currently offers
nearly 400 brands in over 200 countries or territories. John – Pemberton,the
original creator of Cola-Cola, established this company on 8 May,1886. The
mission of this company is to Refresh the world and to create value and make a
difference. A very popular tagline of this company in 2002 was Thanda Matlab
Coca-Cola.

Successful. It has a large share of the cola segment -holding approximately
69 percent. Coca- cola’s success has been spearheaded by their extensive
network of distributors and retailers. Cola-Cola has maintained its production
standards at such high level over the years that the belief has been firm in
the mind of people.

RECOMMENDATION
Cola-cola company should try to emphasis more on providing their
infrastructure in the market to facilitate their customers.
Marketing team should try to increase the availability of coke in rural areas.
They should also focus on the old people.
Now young generation has to trend to drink a coke two regular bottles at same
time, so providing more satisfaction to them company introduce ½ litre
disposable bottle.
