Rules to be followed for Plagiarism Checking
1. Exclude: 1. Title
2. Acknowledgement
3. Certificates and
4. Bibliography
2. Texts should be single PDF File to be given in Pen Drive.
3. File Name should be as Initial_Name_Department
Ex: P_Wilson_English
4. Two CDs should be submitted along with Thesis
 Full Thesis as in the Printed Copy of the Thesis.
 Files should be in the following format (PDF) in another CD as per
INFLIBNET Guidelines:
01_title
02_certificate
03_preliminary pages (Declaration, Acknowledgment, Contents,
List of Tables and Figures, Abbreviations etc)
04_chapter 1
05_chapter 2
06_chapter 3
07_chapter (up to ‘n’ chapters)
08_bibliography
09_appendices
5. Pen Drive should be submitted before 3.00 p.m. for Plagiarism Checking.
6. Reports will be issued after 2 Hours from the submission of Pen Drive.
7. Application / Letter should be signed by the Candidate and Supervisor.
