2. MISSION:

To render support to the Project Manager for new product development / updation of existing products

3 . CONTEXT:

Groupe SEB India Pvt Ltd. (GS India) is Indian subsidiary of Groupe SEB. The group is world’s No.1 cookware and
Home Appliances player with operations in more than 150 countries. It is the owner of global brands like Moulinex,
Tefal, Rowenta & KRUPS and more than 18 regional brands like Asia Fans, Maharaja Whiteline and Supor etc.
MWIPL has its own Research & Development team involved in New Product Design and improvement in existing
range. The role of Design Engineer in R&D department is to make 3D drawings as per specifications given by Project
Manager- R&D.

4 . KEY CHALLANGES/ MAIN ISSUES:

 2D /3D design for product and parts
 BOM making and updation and ECN management
 Vendor Follow up for development
 Part sample evaluation
 Production issues resolutions related to design
 Support productionising / stabilisation of new models

6. SIGNIFICANT DATA :

6. MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:

Education & Work Experience:

 Dip in Mech engg with 6 years experience or BE (mech) with 4 years of experience preferably in consumer
durable industry / automobiles
 Expertise in UG / 3 D modelling

Skills
 Excellent command on UG / 3 D modelling
 Quick Learner
 Product / Industry Knowledge
