Business concept and business

Dessert Story offers superior desserts for the customer with healthy ingredients and
delicious tastes which suitable for the customers’ preferences. As our vision, we want to share
the value of remembering the history of our life since we were in the young age with our desserts
and services, from the name and also the taste. Our team will ensure the customers’ satisfaction
with our services and the taste of the dessert from our healthy ingredients through our missions
includes:

1. Loyalty
To give our best work to the consumers and make sure they happy with our product

2. Consistent
To make sure our product quality will not change and will stay from the start until the end

3. High credibility
To show our highest performance to make the consumers satisfy with our product

With our opportunities, which are :

1. Eat unhealthy desserts which can lead to crucial sicknesses.


2. Been craving for eat dessert but lazy to get out of your house.
3. No easy way to eat dessert with your self -preference.
4. Expensive prices for the healthy desserts.

With the opportunities as our basis, we have our strategy to build a number one dessert
shop where customers can provide unique and delicious types of desserts which the customers
can choose their own dessert flavor and sweetness based on their preference to preserve
customers’ satisfaction so they can enjoy the products and services.

How the company solves the problem (bagian sita tinggal disesuaiin ya)

As the problems occur in our company, we already solved it with our control mechanism, there
are :
1. Search for the detail of the problem
2. Analyze the problem and classify it to the type of the problem (management problem,
operational problem, or human resource problem)
3. Searching for several possible decisions
4. Choose the decision with several consideration and have less cost
5. Execute the decision
6. Doing prevention action in order to reduce the possibilities of that problem to happen
7. Doing weekly or biweekly performance evaluation with all member

Even if the control itself is very simple and easy, we already apply the control that we learn from
what big company does. This is best way to reduce the lost in every problems occur in the
company.

This is several decision which we take to several problems :

a. Management Problem
1. Each member has different class schedule, so we collect the data then decide
schedule for each day for operation selling.
2. Even if already setting according their schedule, some person have some business
(make up class, seminar, company visit, etc.) that make them can't attend at their
schedule. To solve it, there is a rule which each person must attend min. 2
days/week.
3. Reminder the night before so if there is someone who cannot attend his/her, we
can search the other who willing to help next day shift.
4. If there is problem occurs in the company, there is a rule to tell the Human
Resource first then Human Resource division will discuss the solution with the
Board of Director.
b. Operational problem
1. If that person can't attend their schedule, they allowed cooking the night before. It
is easier for the next morning to mix and prepare order already made.
c. Human resource problem
1. To make sure that we perform effectively and meet the goals, we do evaluation
every week to know how our performance is, then decide next planning to do.
Solve the problem from previous week, and keep or improve good things.
2. Sometimes there is person who do not aware of their own responsibility,
something more important to do, hectic, etc., we decide ask who willing to do that
task for a while
3. Sometimes that there is a personal problem between each member that made them
not comfortable to work together in their shift. We already held honest talk
between our members to talk and let them outpouring their heart. And the result is
the relationship between each member is more bonding than before.
