It is my honor and privilege to recommend Mrs. Kelsie Adams for a teaching position at your
campus. Mrs. Adams has been an asset to our team for the last 3 years, but I support her
endeavor to work with younger students.

During her time with us at Peterson Middle School, Mrs. Adams has grown as educator and
continues to work toward and achieve the professional goals she has set for herself. She is
eager to learn best practices and, once obtained, implements them easily into her classroom
experiences.

Mrs. Adams is always organized and well-prepared for each class. She sets exceptionally high
standards and expectations for every student in each of her classes, and provides them with
clear, written objectives to follow. Her organization and attention to detail helped support our
PLC by keeping us on track and aided in creating, gathering and organizing materials and files.

Although it is with sadness that I see Mrs. Adams leave Peterson Middle School, I am happy to
recommend her for any teaching position that she feels is the right fit for her future. It is my
opinion that any campus would be fortunate to have an ELAR teacher of her caliber. I am
