Operations Manager listing on Indeed.com. I believe my skills and experience would be a good fit and
I submit my resume for your review along with this cover letter.

Throughout my career, I have taken on many new challenges and opportunities that meet or exceed
your listed requirements. I am extremely passionate about building strong teams and helping my
employees and co-workers grow their careers as we build the company's goals and foundation to reach
ultimate successes!

Based on your requirements my work history will be a good fit, as you will see from my resume. I have
extensive work history working with vendors, whether they are local, domestic or internationally based.
My time at RPI was spent working as a liaison between the different internal stakeholders and, as you
require for this position, external stakeholders such as the customer and vendors.

Safety is an absolute priority for me also. I work to build ownership with my teams and enjoy
promoting from within when possible. I feel that if the team takes responsibility for their actions and
environment this leads to exceptionally high safety standards also. Especially when the team takes the
lead to run the safety requirements, with significant input from the management team and industry-
standard safety requirements.

You also mentioned Root Cause investigations in your requirements, and this is one of the most
important reasons I am most interested in this position at your organization. In my career, personal and
professional, I believe proper root cause analysis is critical for success. I am excited to learn more
about your current processes.

My salary requirements will depend on overall compensation package.
