“Lunch of Commendation”

I choose this reaction of my face because I realized that I need to be

serious and I need to focus to my work so that I will apply this when I have a job
and also it will help me to apply this in my future career. We the BSHRM 3 rd year
students prepared a lot for the function held on May 18, 2017 at CBA 4 th floor
with entitled of “Lunch of Commendation”. Sir Ronald Aguilar our professor in
Banquet set a meeting for our upcoming function. And he assigned each
students who will be the head manager, secretaries, marketers, head in dining,
head in kitchen, head in buffet etc. He also discuss what we will do in our
function to be success and satisfied our guest which is our professors and other
is faculties. And before the function start the head of each department assigned
who will be the members and what task they will do. Every head of each
department always asked their members about the preparation. We go to school
early for the preparation of our function. And I and my members assigned in the
kitchen to cooked what our specialty is and we are busy doing our task. While the
other members in appetizer, main dish and dessert are busy doing their task and
to cooked food for our guest. Same with the teams in dining they are busy
serving a food and drinks to our guests. Our event end successfully and many
professors happy and satisfied to our food and preparations for them. And also
we are so happy and proud of what we do and done. Our team assigned in
pastry and our head is Pauline Quesea. We have a time management and she
also asked what we will do so that our preparation is perfect. We know the
recipes and how to cook so that our baking will not burn and it will be served
perfectly. We encountered some errors but we are prepared what we will do.
Some teams are busy doing their task, and when the other team is done they
helping other teams so that the job will done on time. For me I’m not see any
problems because all teams are helping each other. I learned in this function is
being a helpful and having a teamwork is a successful of a group. And it will help
us to apply this to our future career and it will give some knowledge so that we
will be a successful.
