Read the following passage and answer the questions that follow:
The Party Invitations

Amma told Viji and Ravi that they might

have a party and that they could invite ten
children. "You write to five girls, Viji, and Ravi
will write to five boys," said Amma. Ravi and
Viji sat on the couch to think of who they would invite. "Write your list first," said
Ravi and when Viji finished, her brother agreed to all the girls.
As soon as Ravi started writing his list, Viji began to find fault. "I don't like
boys, anyway," said Viji, "only you, Ravi. Let's have all girls at our party."
"But it won't be my party too," said Ravi, "if you have all girls."
"I don't care, all those boys are horrid," Viji said. Ravi told his sister that all
his friends were just as good as Ravi himself was. "I won't play with them," Viji
kept saying.
"You can have your party then, I’m going to play my video
game," said Ravi.
“Can we have your games at our party?”
Hearing all the noise, Amma came hurrying in. When they told her about the
invitations, she said, “Your brother has been very good about this party to be
willing to invite only girls. But I said it would be a party for both of you. So it will
be a party for none of you. There will be no party.”
“But you said we could have a party for ten people,” said Viji.
“I said that you could have a party for ten children, five boys and five girls.
You took all ten. That is not fair. So there will be no party. When you learn to
share, then you will have a party.” So there was no party. Months later, Amma
asked again, “Shall we have a party?”
What do you think happened?

When the baby turtles hatch, they head straight for the water. The trip
across the beach can be dangerous! Many animals come to the beach to eat
the little turtles as they crawl toward the water.
Once in the sea, male turtles never return to land. Female turtles come
back to lay their eggs. Sea turtles can swim very fast. Their front legs are
built like paddles. They use them like wings to “fly” through the water.
The green sea turtle eats only plants but other sea turtles eat both
