include it in the table of content then attach to its respective objective. Send this file upon completion before the
deadline together with your Recalibrated IPCRF Rating.

A QUICK GUIDE FOR THE RPMS PPST PORTFOLIO COMPLETION


SY 2019-2020

1. The portfolio has 13 objectives with different required non-negotiable and negotiable means of
verification or MOV’s.

Non-negotiable MOV’s are documents that should always be in every objective. It is in the form of the
CLASSROOM OBSERVATION TOOL (Rating Sheet – 1 rater/ Inter-Observer Agreement Form – 2 or
more raters)

2. List of the Documents that SHOULD BE INSIDE THE RPMS PPST PORTFOLIO ALREADY:

5. Objective 5 has no negotiable MOV because it is only observed in the actual classroom demonstration
