Significance of the Study

We’ve come up with this simple case study because we want others to know
the status of the medical technologist in the Philippines in terms of employment. We
also want the aspiring medical technologists to know the significance or importance of
this profession to the lives of the people. With technologist are experiencing----- from
studying until employment. The question in our minds is how come that the Philippines
still lacks in Medical Technologists where in fact there are many graduates of this
course? This is why we want to investigate this now. But the case that we studied
emphasizes only on the shortage of Medical Technologists employment in every
hospitals here in the Philippines. The involved participants were the graduated Med
Tech who are now currently working in the country and working abroad.
