Audi Q7

I chose Audi Q7 as my favourite product because I find interesting to see how the technology impacts the
design. As we can see, most of the technologic elements change the design of parts of the car like the
diode headlights which is a new technology with blue light that helps guide the driver better during the
night.

Design is really important for the client who has to be convinced by the esthetic and the functionality.
Here the client is looking for space, power, advanced technology, security and luxury. In addition, Audi Q7
uses green technology which is plug-in hybrid; this results in a decreased amount of pollution generated
by the engine.

The designer of Audi Q7 is Audi Design Studio.

The concept design studio of audi focuses on the idea that “good design must always express a vision”.
The audi design studios say that concept cars are used to determine the style of their next products.
In the process, Designers are searching for ideas depending on what would fit best for the clients, then
create drawing including the news ideas. They recreate the drawing as model.

The first version was launched in september 2006 and the last version was launched in may 2015.
