SALES-I ONBOARDING CHECKLIST

Below is a step by step guide to your sales-i onboarding journey.


Follow this guide for a successful rollout of the sales-i platform.

Schedule Success Meeting with your Customer Success Manager to kick off your sales-i journey -
During this call, we’ll discuss your reasons for purchasing sales-i, and what you hope it will deliver for your business.
Work with sales-i data team on data delivery -
The process for this step can vary based on your ERP system but to enable a smooth data delivery process we
recommend ensuring key stakeholders are available at this stage and any queries from the sales-i data team are
responded to as quickly as possible.

D ATA V E R I F I C AT I O N A N D P R O D U C T D E L I V E R Y

Data Verification -
Once your sales-i platform is built, our data team will schedule a call with your key company stakeholders to verify
the validity of your data and give them a brief orientation of sales-i. Once you confirm your data is correct, your
sales-i platform will be ready to use!

TRAINING

Platform Exploration -
At this stage, you’ll be ready to log in and familiarize yourself with sales-i. Have a play - we promise that you can’t
break anything! Your Customer Success Manager will give you a brief introduction to the platform too.
Create Sales User logins -
All Sales Users should be set up on sales-i prior to training to ensure smooth and effective training.
Meet your trainer -
Once you’re live with sales-i, one of our Training Consultants will contact you to arrange an introductory call to
discuss your training needs and schedule in your team’s sales-i training.
Complete Power User training -
Your trainer will usually onboard the Power Users of the sales-i platform first. These typically tend to be
managers or employees in a leadership role.
Sales user rollout plan call conducted with trainer and CSM -
Discuss best practices and how to make sales-i roll out a success with your sales-i onboarding team.

Distribute licenses to Sales Users with clear log in instructions -


Give your sales users their log in details and ensure they login and familarize themselves with sales-i prior to training.
Complete Sales User Training -
Complete training rollout to all Sales Users so they complete their transformation into sales-i superstars!

Schedule a reoccurring call with your CSM -


This is the best way to ensure ongoing success with sales-i.
