The scientific method are steps that are followed to determine if an idea is true. In this process,
people find answers to an unknown question and manage to give it a logical explanation.
This process is believed to have been created by the scientist and philosopher Ibn al-Haytham, in the
11th century. Also known as Alhezen, he is considered the father of optics and the scientific method.
It has six steps to follow which are:
Observe and ask questions
This allows us to ask questions that we can experience to solve.

Research
Studying, researching or analyzing are usually options that will give you a summary of a specific
topic.

Formulate a hypothesis
A hypothesis is a theory that can be tested, to see if your unknown is correct or not.

Check the hypothesis

Through the hypothesis, a test or experiment can be designed with the help of people depending on
the unknown to be solved.
Conclusion
You have all the results of the experiment, having all the possible variables, now you can analyze all
the information obtained, to see if your hypothesis is correct or incorrect.
Share the results
It will be checked or unchecked if your unknown is true and the results will have to be reported. For
this it is very important to detail the procedures.
This helps us to know that all scientific theory can be modifiable, and also that erroneous theories are
important since they show us the truth of the unknowns proposed. The scientific method helps us find
answers and always solve problems with truth or reality.
