REVISED FIELD QUALITY AUIDIT CHECK LIST

Purpose of revising :
Existing booklet is not full filling more requirements down the line. Hence need to chage .
Streamline the billing process of contractor's payments doing more stages. 4 Stages
extended to 6 stages to get payments faster.
Some of the building owners are demanding landing sills first before rails inside the shaft,
to carryout their architraves with lobby flooring civil work. Hence stage 1 and stage 2 is
broken.
Demands of more check charts not to miss any requirement.
Requirements of safety check charts per stages to cautious everyone before entering in to
next stage.
To increase performance charts to achieve high quality norms

Key revisions :
Stage 1 is broken in to 2 stages.
1) 1 A - For template setting and readings
2) 1 B - For rail alignment and setting m/c room equipment

Stage 2 is broken in to 2 stages.

1) 2 A - For landing sills and door frame setting
2) 2 B - For landing doors, LOP boxes, car frame, cwt frame & main ropping.

Stage 3 is as it is with more specifications and checkcharts added.

Stage 4 is as it is with more specifications and checkcharts and performance charts

added.

Stagewise erection procedure is added to show which stage is carrying what type of work
and weightage value per activity per stage.

Stage wise safty checklist is added before each stage

Erection schedule with bar chart is added to get the time frame of the erection job

Stage intimations and certificates are modified as per new stages.

Job history / job card is as it is except little changes.

Installation field quality audit chart is newly added to set the % wise quality ratings of
individual jobs
