Encouraging a child’s interest in science

Children are developing more and more interest in everything around them, but when
science comes up ,it might seem difficult to draw their attention. This is why parents need to
learn methods of nurturing their atentiveness with a range of interactive activities.

Firstly,it is common knowledge that kids are becoming increasingly fascinated and
inspired by scientists performing remarkable experiments on television. Unfortunately,the
school curricula does not always include practical applications in order to intrigue them to
study and watch the world from a different perspective, Performing experiments should not
only become compulsory ,but also desirable in every educational system so as to encourage
other brilliant minds to achieve success in their careers. Thus,by turning theories into
certainties ,kids will also be taught important values, such as truth and reliability.

Secondly,in the last few decades, asking questions during class has always seemed an
act of courage as children tend to mock each other on grounds of their confusion. Hence, in
order to raise awareness about OF( correct) how vital it is to clarify every misunderstanding
,teachers should instigate their curiosity.Moreover, another important aspect in encouraging
children to manifest interest in science would be the quality and the veracity of the answers
they receive. Adults must choose their words carefully and manage as well to provide them
with full explanation and support about every doubt they might have concerning the
environment.

To conclude, it is of utmost importance to help kids with getting started down this
path. This is to be best achieved, to my mind. by giving them questions to think about, rather
than answers.
