“Leaders are individuals who motivate and influence other individuals to do what they

might not do in the absence of the leader’s influence” (Bertocci, 2009, Chapter 1, The Evolving

Nature of Leadership).

With my experience, I would deliver my Leadership abilities which support my team in

producing smart decisions and help us participate with an intense commitment by valuing

everyone. At my previous job, I was constantly searching for ways to back out my superiors and

subordinates. Regardless of whether it meant helping in any capacity by better decision

making, I constantly needed to make myself valuable in every aspect.

Sukrit Goel (2016) said that “I had the opportunity to work with him for almost a year. I

was fortunate to have him in my team as that made my life super easy. He's a go-getter, he'll do

everything in his power to finish a task and reach his goal. He's smart and hard-working. It was a

pleasure working with him”.

In 2016, I became the sales head of the company (Guesthouser Private Limited,

2020). I remain a strong supporter of placing employees first, with my prominent leadership style

and have constructively transformed people's lives by naturally creating a family-like culture in

the work environment. T. Roy (personal communication, February 24, 2019) stated that, “I

consistently challenge team members to step outside of their comfort zone by engaging with

them at regular interims.”

I am confident that I will carry out a major role in my team's academic success and

would carry this equivalent energy and enthusiasm to the teammates, and foresee

if it would make a positive impact.
