1.1. The contract does not specifically mention that both parties shall settle in usd.(note;Neither
party shall make any unreasonable claim on the fluctuation factor of the us dollar exchange
rate.Payment according to the contract amount.
1.2. The seller shall provide the buyer with the equipment listed in the appendix hereto and the
services specified herein, and the buyer shall, in accordance with this contract,
The total contract price paid to the seller shall be USD 19,200 (say USD 19,200 only).

1.3. Above total contract price is gas boiler equipment FOB Shanghai price,without the
commodity inspection cost, not including the installation of boiler material in the boiler
configuration list provided by the seller, does not contain debugging fee (if the buyer may require
the seller to guide the installation and debugging, Hangzhou to ( ) travel, eat, live abroad,
lines and other expenses shall be borne by the buyer), the debugging cost is calculated at $120 /
day *people.
2. The delivery time
Delivery time: within 50 days after receiving the deposit.
3. Location (port) and transportation
3.1. place of delivery: Shanghai port.
3.2.delivery method: container car transportation is adopted from Hangzhou to Shanghai port.
3.3. transportation cost: the seller shall be responsible for the transportation from Hangzhou to
Shanghai port.Other expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
3.4. the buyer shall not bear any costs and liabilities other than the total contract price before the
delivery of the equipment.
4. Terms of payment
4.1. the buyer shall remit the money according to the company account designated by the seller.
4.2. payment method (wire transfer)
1) 30% advance payment shall be paid within 7 working days after signing the contract, i.e.
USD 5,760, in words of USD;Five thousand seven hundred and sixty dollars down payment.After
the deposit is paid, the buyer can go to the seller's factory to confirm whether the equipment has
been manufactured according to the production schedule established by both parties through
negotiation.
2) After loading all the goods factory, the buyer can arrange related personnel, together with
the seller inventory goods, to ensure that the inventory items is correct, if the buyer can't arrange
check the goods together, pack all the goods is completed by the seller, the seller send pictures or
video to the buyer, after certain goods, the buyer to the seller immediately pay 70% of the contract
sum payment (USD $13440, capital one Wan San thousand HK dollars) spreading spreading.Upon
receipt of all payment, the seller shall ship all the goods to the port of Shanghai and deliver them
to the buyer.The buyer shall be responsible for all the work after the handover.
