The GOAL CARD guide

The goal card method is simple. You write your goal on a card and you carry that card in your
purse, wallet or pocket. Read the card as many times as possible in one day, but never miss
reading it right after you wake up and right before going to bed. Read it preferably out loud.
During the morning and night, our brain is in theta waves, meaning it’s very susceptible to
outside suggestions.

By repeating an idea long enough, it becomes part of our subconscious conditioning and we
start to believe and act on that idea.

Sign your name and write a date by which you intend to achieve your goal. You will be
guessing at the date (usually we guess it right), so don’t be disappointed if you don’t achieve it
at the set date. Give yourself an extension.

Your goal should be written in the present tense, as if you already achieved it. Your
subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s imagined.

It’s not sufficient to say “I earn a lot of money” or “I have a good looking body”. You have to be
specific so the image you get in your mind is clear.
