I. Objectives
To learn how the information ripples through consecutive flip-flops
II. Materials
4013 IC (D Flip Flop with Set and Clear)
Connecting Wires
4x LEDs
III. Circuit Diagram

IV. Procedures
1. Connect the circuit as shown
2. Connect LEDs at the output from Q0 and Q3
3. Check if the output is correct in the truth table
V. Observation
We have observed that in a ripple counter, only the first flip-flop
is clocked and the following flip-flop are clocked by the output of
the flip-flop before it.
