1. LATAR BELAKANG 1. BACKGROUND

Dalam rangka mendukung operasional Perusahaan In order to support the company’s operation
(PT ???????) untuk pelaksanaan proses preventive (PT. ???????) and implementation of predictive
maintenance sehingga diperlukan SOP Preventive maintenance process, it is required Standard
Maintenance. Operating Procedure for Predictive Maintenance.

2. TUJUAN
Agar dalam pelaksanaan proses Predictive
maintenance dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien
serta sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh
Perusahaan.
3. RUANG LINGKUP
Meliputi proses mulai dari klasifikasi peralatan,
berdasarkan tingkat risiko, proses pemeriksaan
peralatan oleh MES, hingga proses dokumentasi
hystory kelengkapan dan laporan pemeliharaan.

2. PURPOSE
The main purpose of the predictive maintenance
process, it can be run effectively, efficiently, and
comply with the company standard regulation.
3. SCOPE OF WORK
The process will be cover starting from equipment
classification, level of the risk, the process of
equipment inspection by MES, up to the completion
of the document and maintenance report.

Penjelasan Alur Proses Process flow description

Prosedur Prediktif Maintenan:
6.1. Operation dan Maintenance Department menemukan
kondisi tidak normal pada peralatan.
6.2. Operation dan Maintenance Department menerbitkan
WO-CM pada sistem POMMS. Proses ke point 6.4.
6.3. Maintenance Department menentukan, apakah
memerlukan pemeriksaan?
a. Jika ya, proses akan dilanjutkan ke point No. 6.6.
b. Jika tidak, proses akan dilanjutkan ke SOP
Breakdown Maintenance.
6.4. Maintenance Engineering Section (MES) mengklarifikasi
peralatan berdasarkan tingkat risiko.
6.5. MES menentukan prioritas pemeriksaan pada
peralatan.
6.6. MES menyiapkan jadwal untuk pemeriksaan peralatan
di sistem POMMS.
6.7. MES menyiapkan untuk inspeksi; apakah memerlukan
peralatan tambahan atau perawatan?
a. Jika ya, MES menerbitkan PR untuk peralatan
tambahan atau perawatan sesuai dengan SOP
Penerbitan Requisition Request. Proses dilanjutkan
ke point 6.8.
b. Jika tidak, proses akan dilanjutkan ke point 6.9.
6.8. Jika peralatan atau layanan tambahan sudah siap,
apakah memerlukan permit untuk bekerja?
a. Jika ya, MES mempersipkan permit untuk bekerja
sesuai dengan permit to work. Proses dilanjutkan ke
point 6.9.a
b. Jika tidak, dilanjutkan ke point 6.9.b
6.9. MES melakukan inspeksi, apakah analisisnya tepat?
a. Jika ya, proses ke point 6.10.
b. Jika tidak, menerbitkan WO-CM pada sistem
POMMS. Proses akan dilanjutkan ke SOP Breakdown
Maintenance.
6.10. Jika MES melakukan proses PTW, MES membatalkan
sesuai dengan SOP Permit to Work.
6.11. MES akan mengarsipkan riwayat kelengkapan dan
laporan perbaikan di sistem POMMS dan hard copy-
nya. Proses telah lengkap.
Predictive Maintenance Procedure
6.1 Operation and Maintenance Department find
abnormalities or anomaly condition on equipment.
6.2 Operation and Maintenance Department issued
WO-CM on the POMMS system. Proceed to point
6.4.
6.3 Maintenance Department determines, whether it
require for inspection?
a. If yes, the process will continue to point No. 6.6.
b. If No, the process will continue to SOP
Breakdown Maintenance.
6.4 Maintenance Engineering Section (MES) clarify and
classify of the equipment based on level of the risk.
6.5 MES determine the priority of inspection on the
equipment.
6.6 MES prepare schedules for inspection of equipment
in the POMMS System.
6.7 MES prepares for inspection; is it require for
additional equipment or services?
a. If yes, MES issued PR for additional equipment or
services, in accordance with SOP of Purchase
Requisition Issuance. Proceed to point 6.8.
b. If no, proceed to point 6.9.
6.8 If the additional equipment or services is ready, is it
require for permit to work?
a. If Yes, MES prepare for permit to work in
accordance with SOP permit to work. Proceed to
point 6.9.a
b. If No, proceed to point 6.9.b
6.9 MES conduct for inspections, whether the analysis is
correct?
a. If yes, proceed to point 6.10.
b. If No, issued WO-CM in the POMMS system.
Process will continue to SOP of Breakdown
Maintenance.
6.10 If MES performs or cancel a PTW process, it will
follow up with SOP of Permit to Work.
6.11 MES will archive the completion document and
maintenance reports on POMMS system and a
hard copy. The process is completed.
